Let’s Build Strength and work on our Mobility with my Low Impact Total Body Workout today. We will be performing 22 Exercises using our own bodyweight. I’ve included exercises that are great for improving our flexibility and mobility. There are also lots of modifications here if you have difficulty getting down to the floor. These Low Impact Total Body Exercises have been specifically designed by Lively Ladies for Women Over 50.
